Recap!

Well last week, we hit a Mexican for our Sunday lunch tradition.  I took a couple photos but they won't update.  It was DELISH though! Everybody ordered their  own queso except me. I regretted that!

This past Sunday we went to a place called, actually I forget what it was called! lol, but we all got sandwiches! They were pretty good, but I don't have the desire to go back, unless it for a cold beer!

As for this week, we have had a busy week! We took an Aphasia test today and it straight kicked ALL of our booties. We were not happy leaving there. But to make up for it a little bit, we do have the next two days off from class, though we still have clinic. And next week we only have class Monday and Wednesday and then its Thanksgiving break! I'm quite excited.  It couldn't of come at a better time!

As for this weekend, I will be heading home to Jacksonville for one of my best friends wedding!!! I am so excited, I just hope I haven't gained weight and still fit in the dress. I will be sure to take pictures! Hopefully they work this time!

Circus Time!

Hey Ya'll it's Elizabeth!
This past Monday, Marisa and I went to the circus that was in town! A lot of people thought it might be lame, but BOY was it fun!
There were tigers (regular and white), elephants, pink dogs, poodles, clowns acrobats, and much much more! I couldn't believe how fun it was!
We really wanted to get a picture with the elephants, but it was $10, so instead Marisa took a picture with me by their buts! lol

BTW... we also did our first annual Sunday dinner. Marisa, our friend Sara, and I went to Crackel Barrell. We have all been there before, so we figured it was a safe bet. I got fried shrimp, mac n cheese, cucumber salad, and okra!!!! Which was amazing! Marisa got the chicken dumplings, but she said she was getting the shrimp next time. And Sara got a 4 veggie plate which looked awesome! I of course forgot to take any pictures tho! Next Sunday I will. We are still trying to figure out where to go, so keep posted if you wanna know!

Welcome!!

Hi guys! It's Marisa writing in on my first post for Speech Peachies! Thanks for visiting our blog. I can't wait to share with you fun and exciting ideas for therapy, our schoolwork, Sunday brunches, and other random things we do around town. Last night was so much fun, but I only took ONE picture. I will get better at taking more pictures of everything happening so y'all can keep up with them! Anyways, just wanted to say Welcome to our blog and I can't wait to keep posting for everyone! Welp! we didn't make it to brunch today ; ( me and Marisa were feeling a little under the weather.  We are just going to have to start our tradition next weekend! Though I will be in Savannah for a bachelorette party so it will have to be dinner.

On other news... last night when we were out watching the FSU game (we won btw!), we met these two guys. One was named Tyler and one was named Dustin. Somehow it got in our head that we should call them Tyler and Bruce from swamp people. They def looked like could be from the swamp. So we pretty much yelled TYLLLLEEERRRRRR the whole night at them. the worse part... tyler from the show is a dog and I don't think the guy knew that. Tyler is the man above in the picture

Plan for the rest of the day= homework!

Alright guys, my name is Elizabeth and me and my two friends, Amanda and Marisa, are starting up a blog! We are all currently grad students in the Speech Language Pathology program at Valdosta State! We will be posting things about not only school, but food and fun things as well!
Tomorrow we are starting up a Sunday brunch tradition.  We plan on trying all the places around Valdosta we have never been to and of course hit up some of our favorite places as well. So look out for a picture from tomorrow!
